Orthognatic consultation

At your first appointment, please bring with you as much as possible

  • A letter from your doctor or dentist
  • A list of your medications
  • The latest panoramic X-ray, conebeam, CT scan, MRI or other recent examinations required for the consultation
  • casts of your dental arches for orthognathic surgery consultations
  • Your insurance or complementary health insurance documents if you have complementary dental insurance
  • Your identity card

During the orthognathic consultation, if not previously done, the surgeon would perform one or more of these examinations

  • a panoramic radiograph
  • a profile radiograph
  • a frontal X-ray
  • impressions of the jaws in order to carry out a study of the mouldings
  • a conebeam in the context of genioplasty or in order to evaluate the morphology of the jaws.
