Orthognatic consultation
At your first appointment, please bring with you as much as possible
- A letter from your doctor or dentist
- A list of your medications
- The latest panoramic X-ray, conebeam, CT scan, MRI or other recent examinations required for the consultation
- casts of your dental arches for orthognathic surgery consultations
- Your insurance or complementary health insurance documents if you have complementary dental insurance
- Your identity card
During the orthognathic consultation, if not previously done, the surgeon would perform one or more of these examinations
- a panoramic radiograph
- a profile radiograph
- a frontal X-ray
- impressions of the jaws in order to carry out a study of the mouldings
- a conebeam in the context of genioplasty or in order to evaluate the morphology of the jaws.
